Overview

River City Transport is looking for full-time CDL A OTR Dry Van Drivers to join their family-owned, asset-based carrier. With dedicated contracts serving major shippers, the company offers a combination of stability and personal support amidst their growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Transport freight across the 48 states using a dry van
  • Ensure safety compliance and follow DOT regulations
  • Maintain on-time deliveries and pickups
  • Drive OTR for 4 - 6+ weeks at a time
  • Handle no-touch freight and primarily drop & hook loads

Required skills

  • CDL A license
  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
  • Willingness to obtain hazmat endorsement
  • Knowledge of route planning and logistics coordination
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience with fleet management and safety compliance
