Overview

AT&T is seeking a fluent Bilingual (English/Spanish) Technical Support Representative for a full-time role in Richardson, Texas. This position involves supporting business customers with various requests and utilizing strong problem-solving and communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing technical issues and account activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Support business customers with requests related to billing, service changes, troubleshooting, collections, sales, and technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting voice and data issues.
  • Engage with Tier 3 support and third-party vendors when necessary to resolve service faults.
  • Manage customer accounts including activations, credit checks, and maintenance of records.
  • Interface with other departments to address order and escalation issues.
  • Sell products and make personalized recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Simplify and explain customer bills and AT&T products and services.

Required skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various schedules
  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting and network conditions
