Overview

The Cable Service Technician at Madison Telecommunications Inc. is responsible for installing audio/visual and internet services, troubleshooting service problems, and educating customers. This full-time or part-time position includes completing work orders, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety rules.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete installation of service-related equipment according to standards
  • Troubleshoot service problems and communicate with dispatchers
