Madison Telecommunications Inc is seeking a Cable Installation Technician in Savannah, Georgia. The technician will be responsible for installing and servicing cable systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing customer education while adhering to safety and company standards. This role requires dedicated local travel and a commitment to ongoing technical training.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all installations according to company and industry standards
  • Acquire and return equipment as directed
  • Maintain tools and vehicles; report maintenance issues
  • Communicate with Dispatch on arrivals, departures, and delays
  • Accurately complete daily reports and paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety rules
  • Perform other assigned duties
