Overview

Madison Telecommunications Inc is seeking a Cable Installation Technician in Augusta, Georgia. The role involves installing and servicing telephone, security, video, and internet systems, troubleshooting issues, and educating customers while adhering to company and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all installations according to company and industry standards.
  • Acquire and return equipment as directed.
  • Maintain tools and vehicles; report any maintenance issues.
  • Communicate with Dispatch on arrivals, departures, and any delays.
  • Accurately complete daily reports and paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and report maintenance issues.
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety rules.
  • Participate in technical development training and certification.
