Overview

The Business Development Representative at Gradient Insurance Brokerage is a sales professional role focused on building and maintaining relationships within the insurance industry. This position involves collaborating with insurance agents and providing strategic guidance to support their business growth using Gradient Annuity Brokerage's resources.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance professionals
  • Consult with insurance agents to support their firm's growth and recommend best practices

  • Provide strategic guidance on business development and product solutions

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Active Life and Health licensure (preferred)
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience in insurance (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for insurance and helping advisors
