This role requires a broad understanding of bioinformatic analysis across diverse technologies, including NGS, scRNAseq, and multiomics. Expertise in DNA/RNA sequencing as well as scRNAseq data analysis and interpretation. Hands-on experience with 10X Genomics workflows Experience with multiomics and bioinformatics pipeline development Proficiency in Python and/or R.
