Description: We are a growing, fast-paced, physician-led office that is a leader in our field looking for a detail-oriented and motivated full-time Billing Specialist. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing and timely reimbursement for healthcare services provided by our practice. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and submitting accurate claims to insurance companies, government payers and patientsReviewing patient accounts and verifying insurance coveragesResolving claim denials, rejections and payment discrepanciesPosting payments and adjustments to patient accountsMaintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations including HIPAACommunication with patients regarding billing inquiries and providing excellent customer serviceCollaboration with other team members to ensure efficient workflowWe offer paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, along with an unparalleled retirement plan. The salary range for this position is commensurate with candidate experience. Requirements: A key job requirement is prior experience in medical billing. This role requires accuracy and compliance, proficiency in billing software, databases or other financial tolls and a strong willingness to learn.
