AT&T is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative to deliver personalized sales interactions in customers' homes. This role focuses on connecting with customers, introducing the latest technology and services, and achieving sales goals, with potential earnings greatly determined by commission.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in their homes to provide customized sales experiences
  • Conduct hands-on demos and tech delivery
  • Perform Wi-Fi assessments and resolve customer issues
  • Meet sales goals through effective communication and negotiation
  • Work independently and manage a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends

Required skills

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in upselling techniques
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to drive
  • Experience in outside sales preferred
