AT&T is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative in Santa Rosa, California, to deliver personalized sales experiences directly in customers' homes. This role involves engaging with existing customers, conducting hands-on technology demos, and achieving sales goals through strong negotiation and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized sales interactions at scheduled customer appointments
  • Deliver hands-on technology demos and Wi-Fi assessments
  • Engage daily with existing customers to enhance satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and commission goals
  • Work independently in the field with scheduled appointments
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales

Required skills

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Outside sales experience preferred
  • Proficient in upselling techniques
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
