Overview

AT&T is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative to join their elite sales team, focused on delivering personalized customer experiences in the field. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers directly, using strong sales techniques to meet and exceed sales goals with uncapped commission potential.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with customers at their homes to showcase AT&T's technology and services
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Deliver hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and resolve technical issues
  • Work independently to meet sales targets based on scheduled appointments
  • Participate in paid training and ongoing learning opportunities
  • Maintain effective communication and build rapport with customers
  • Handle a varied schedule to accommodate customer availability including evenings and weekends

Required skills

  • 1 year of commission sales experience required
  • Outside sales experience highly preferred
  • Proficient in upselling techniques
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently in the field
