Overview

The Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative at AT&T is responsible for delivering customized sales experiences directly in customers' homes. This role focuses on connecting with customers to introduce the latest technology and services, working independently to achieve sales goals while enjoying uncapped commission potential.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through scheduled appointments to deliver personalized sales interactions
  • Conduct hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and resolve technical issues
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and communication
  • Maintain a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs
  • Participate in paid training and ongoing learning opportunities

Required skills

  • 1 year of commission sales experience, preferably in outside sales
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in upselling techniques
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive for work
