Overview

The Bilingual Spanish Call Center Sales Representative role at AT&T requires fluent communication in both English and Spanish. This hybrid-remote position based in Miami involves providing customer service, sales, and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also resolving issues and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced environment
