AT&T is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Collections Representative for a hybrid role in San Antonio, Texas. This position involves working both onsite and from home while providing customer service, billing support, and managing collections for delinquent accounts. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers in sensitive billing situations.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide billing support and perform collections management to recover past due account balances.
  • Assist customers with sensitive billing situations and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Process payment transactions and collections for delinquent accounts.
  • Handle a high volume of calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced environment.
  • Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and AT&T's products and services.
  • Cross-train to address a range of customer service inquiries including collections and technical support.
