AT&T is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (English/Spanish) for their San Antonio location. This hybrid role involves engaging with customers to provide solutions, drive satisfaction, and enhance service experience while handling a variety of customer interactions. Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify upselling opportunities and close sales deals
  • Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
  • Explain bills and product features clearly
  • Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate when necessary
  • Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
  • Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues
  • Work flexible 40-hour schedules, including nights and weekends
