Our mission is to assist clients in pursuing any legal compensation that may be available, including lost earnings, medical costs, and other injury-related losses.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to represent individuals harmed in accidents and pursue fair compensation. The Attorney will manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, advocating for clients in negotiations and, when necessary, in court. This role requires strong legal analysis, client-centered communication, and experience handling personal injury claims.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all phases of personal injury cases, including client intake, investigation, discovery, negotiation, settlement, and trial preparationDraft and file pleadings, motions, demand letters, settlement agreements, and other legal documentsConduct factual and legal research, prepare case strategies, and evaluate liability and damagesRepresent clients in settlement conferences, mediations, hearings, and court proceedingsManage deadlines, case files, and billing records; coordinate with paralegals, experts, and investigatorsPrepare for and take depositions, examine witnesses, and present evidence at trial as neededProvide clear, compassionate guidance to clients, keeping them informed and managing expectationsCollaborate with partners and associates on complex matters and contribute to firm growth through referrals and community outreachQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the state barProven experience handling personal injury matters; strong knowledge of tort law, negligence, damages, and insurance claimsDemonstrated litigation experience, including motion practice, depositions, and courtroom advocacyExperience working as an Associate or in a similar firm environmentFamiliarity with accident investigation, medical records review, and working with accident reconstruction expertsExcellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and client counseling skillsAbility to manage a high-volume caseload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesStrong ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to client serviceBenefits401KPTOMedical, Dental, VisionFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
