As an Auto Glass Repair Specialist at Safelite, you will utilize industry-leading technology to perform vehicle glass repairs. The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach, aiming to deliver high-quality service while fostering a positive working environment that supports work-life balance and career development.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn to repair vehicle glass with a focus on the Safelite Way of Fitting.
  • Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass related issues on customer vehicles.
  • Manage work orders, customer documentation, and communication using Mobile Resource Management technology.
  • Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers.
  • Clean customer vehicles and perform housekeeping tasks.
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles, tools, and chemicals.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.
