Job Description

Overview

The Associate Director, Medical Writing at Genmab will contribute to the medical writing portfolio within clinical and regulatory areas. This includes authoring critical documents for clinical trials and regulatory submissions while maintaining high standards for quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Independently author and review complex clinical and regulatory documents.
  • Draft and edit strategic documents such as Health Authority briefing books and responses.
  • Lead medical writing on internal teams and oversee document preparation.
  • Facilitate team participation in document reviews and meetings.
  • Develop and review standard processes and templates for medical writing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory guidelines and ensure adherence.
  • Act as a mentor for new employees and junior writers.
  • Support improvements in cross-functional and global collaboration.
