Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney for their Los Angeles office, specializing in California lemon law. The role involves managing cases from intake through resolution and advocating for consumers in litigation settings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent clients in California lemon law matters through settlement negotiations and litigation
  • Advise clients regarding their legal rights and case strategy
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
  • Investigate claims and analyze repair records, expert reports, and supporting documentation
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties throughout the litigation process
  • Manage case deadlines, court filings, and litigation strategy
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management
  • Stay informed on developments in California lemon law and consumer protection regulations

Required skills

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Litigation experience, including handling California Lemon Law matters
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FileVine
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
