Overview

Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. seeks an Associate Attorney to join their team in Los Angeles, California. The role focuses on representing plaintiffs in Lemon Law disputes, with a commitment to client advocacy in a modern and supportive work environment that prioritizes professional growth and personal well-being.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated caseload from initial intake through settlement or trial
  • Review repair histories, warranty documents, and service records to evaluate cases
  • Manage all phases of civil litigation, including drafting and filing complaints
  • Draft and argue high-stakes motions
  • Lead and defend depositions of plaintiffs and dealership representatives
  • Negotiate settlements calculating complex damages
  • Attend vehicle inspections with expert mechanics
  • Act as lead or second-chair counsel in jury trials

Required skills

  • Active member of the State Bar of California
  • 1+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Experience in Lemon Law or consumer warranty litigation
  • Proficiency in the California Code of Civil Procedure
  • Knowledge of the Song-Beverly Act
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Ability to analyze complex mechanical repair orders
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation
