Overview

Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in California lemon law. The role involves managing lemon law cases from intake through resolution while advocating for consumers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent clients in California lemon law matters through settlement negotiations and litigation
  • Advise clients regarding their legal rights and case strategy
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
  • Investigate claims and analyze repair records, expert reports, and supporting documentation
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties throughout the litigation process
  • Manage case deadlines, court filings, and litigation strategy
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management
  • Stay informed on developments in California lemon law and consumer protection regulations

Required skills

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Litigation experience, including experience handling California Lemon Law matters
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FileVine
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
