Overview

Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Los Angeles, focusing on representing plaintiffs in Lemon Law disputes. The firm promotes a supportive and relaxed workplace culture that emphasizes professional growth and work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate and intake cases by reviewing repair histories and service records.
  • Manage all phases of civil litigation including drafting complaints and responding to discovery.
  • Draft and argue high-stakes motions.
  • Lead and defend depositions of various parties involved.
  • Negotiate settlements and calculate complex damages.
  • Attend vehicle inspections with expert mechanics to verify claims.
  • Act as lead or second-chair counsel in jury trials.

Required skills

  • Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California
  • 1+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in Lemon Law
  • Proficiency in California Code of Civil Procedure and Song-Beverly Act
  • Analytical skills to interpret complex mechanical repair orders
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Customer service oriented and capable of independent work
