Overview

Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in California lemon law. The ideal candidate will manage cases from intake to resolution, collaborating with clients and colleagues to advocate for consumers facing issues with defective vehicles.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent clients in California lemon law cases during settlement negotiations and litigation
  • Advise clients on legal rights and case strategy
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
  • Investigate claims and analyze repair records and expert reports
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts throughout the litigation process
  • Manage case deadlines, court filings, and litigation strategy
  • Collaborate with team members for efficient case management
  • Stay updated on California lemon law and consumer protection regulations

Required skills

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Litigation experience, particularly in California Lemon Law
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Team-oriented collaborative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FileVine
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
