Overview

Ferguson is seeking an Appliance Delivery and Installation Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio to manage relationships with customers and coordinate installation activities. The role involves scheduling and tracking installations while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customer base
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
  • Review and modify work orders for accuracy
  • Contact customers for scheduling of events
  • Update Installation Calendar with job conditions
  • Track and record installations by product type
  • Process customer documentation including pre-site notes and invoices
  • Provide formal pricing for services requested
  • Serve as point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
