Overview

Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for experienced Apartment Tax Credit Leasing Professionals in Atlanta, Georgia. This role requires individuals with a strong customer service orientation who can effectively manage leasing processes while ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and communicate community features
  • Guide prospective residents through application and leasing process
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC/TAX CREDIT housing regulations
  • Process lease agreements, renewals, and income certifications
  • Respond to inquiries promptly via phone, email, and in person
  • Handle deposits and rent payments accurately
  • Maintain records and prepare reports for audits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience with LIHTC/TAX CREDIT housing
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance
  • Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to tour properties including walking and stair climbing
  • Availability to work weekends as needed
