Overview

Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals for temporary or temp-to-hire assignments in Orlando, Florida. Ideal candidates will have a strong customer focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to professionally managed apartment communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and communicate the features and benefits of the community
  • Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
  • Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Handle deposits and rent payments accurately
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Required skills

  • 1 year of apartment leasing experience (on-site multifamily required)
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or comparable property management software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
  • Availability to work weekends as needed
