Overview

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals for temporary or temp-to-hire assignments in Orlando's multifamily apartment communities. This role demands customer-focused individuals who can quickly contribute in a dynamic, resident-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and communicate the features of the community
  • Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
  • Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Handle deposits and rent payments accurately
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or comparable property management software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to tour properties including walking and stair climbing
  • Availability to work weekends as needed
