Overview

Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals to join their team in Bradenton, Florida. This role focuses on providing exceptional service in professionally managed apartment communities, without the obligation of on-call shifts.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and communicate community features and benefits
  • Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
  • Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Hands-on experience with Yardi or OneSite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
