Overview

Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals with multifamily leasing backgrounds for temporary or temp-to-hire roles in managed apartment communities. The role demands confident, customer-focused individuals who can immediately contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and communicate community features and benefits
  • Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
  • Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience (on-site multifamily required)
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Hands-on experience with Yardi, OneSite, or comparable property management software
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
  • Availability to work weekends as needed
