We are assisting a leading global law firm with its search for an Antitrust Litigation Case Manager, sitting in the firms NYC office. Firm would like 710+ years of experience as a paralegal or case manager, preferably in an Am Law 100 firm or antitrust practice. Case manager will lead large, complex antitrust litigations, investigations, and regulatory matters for one of the Firms largest clients. This role is essential to supporting the Antitrust team, including responsibility for FTC and DOJ matters, Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) premerger filings, and high-stakes litigation through trial. Case manager should have a stable, proven track record supporting complex antitrust investigations and second requests, including document collection, review, production, and privilege logs. Firm requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe. A Bachelors degree is required and an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
