Overview

Busby Park Recruiting LLC is helping a leading global law firm find an Antitrust Litigation Case Manager for their New York office. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of paralegal or case management experience, preferably within an Am Law 100 firm or in the antitrust practice area, and will play a vital role in managing complex antitrust litigations and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex antitrust litigation and investigations
  • Support the Antitrust team in FTC and DOJ matters
  • Manage Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) premerger filings
  • Oversee high-stakes litigation through trial
  • Support complex antitrust investigations and second requests
  • Handle document collection, review, production, and privilege logs

Required skills

  • 7-10 years of paralegal or case management experience
  • Experience in antitrust law and regulatory compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred
