Overview

CRMG is seeking an Affordable Property Manager for the Victorian Inn Apartments in downtown Portland. The role involves managing a 62-unit apartment community with a focus on exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail. The manager will handle day-to-day operations, including marketing, resident screening, rent collection, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day property management tasks
  • Market the property and maintain its integrity
  • Screen prospective residents and collect rents
  • Serve notices and prepare agreements
  • Develop reports related to property management
  • Address after-hours emergencies as needed

Required skills

  • Two years of customer service experience
  • One year of property management experience
  • Familiarity with LITHC and PBV funding programs
  • Experience with Yardi and Tenant Tech
  • Basic proficiency in MS365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Basic math skills for bookkeeping tasks
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Understanding of landlord/tenant laws and fair housing laws
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
