Overview

CRMG is seeking an Affordable Property Manager to oversee the 100-unit Magnolia I and II Apartments in Clackamas, Oregon. The role demands exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills to manage daily operations, including marketing, rent collection, and resident management.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day property management for the apartment community
  • Market the property and maintain its integrity
  • Screen prospective residents and collect rents
  • Serve notices and develop reports
  • Prepare agreements and perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies

Required skills

  • Two years of customer service experience
  • One year of property manager experience
  • Experience with Affordable LITHC and Project Based Voucher funding
  • Preferred experience with Yardi Property Management Software
  • Basic experience with MS365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Basic math skills for bookkeeping
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, and Fair Housing Laws
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage time efficiently
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
