Overview

ADDMAN Engineering LLC is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Technician for the overnight weekend shift. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining additive machines to ensure efficient operations and high utilization while adhering to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Setup, operate and perform maintenance on additive manufacturing machines
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Use precision measuring instruments for calibration and quality control
  • Handle inventory and maintain minimum order quantities for materials
  • Participate in housekeeping efforts to maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Read and record critical production data accurately
  • Perform vapor smoothing setups and associated operations
  • Work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams

Required skills

  • Experience in precision CNC machining, additive, or manufacturing environments (2-5 years)
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Computer aptitude including basic software skills
