We go beyond primary care with a full spectrum of services including cardiovascular health services, behavioral health, allergy testing and immunotherapy, in-house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management, and other specialty health services. Optima Medical is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to add to our growing team. Job Responsibilities Primary Duty: Accurately process and maintain all credit card transactions and supporting receipts. Oversee receipt management, ensuring proper documentation, reconciliation, and compliance with company policies. Assist the Accounts Payable Coordinator with functions such as invoice processing, check runs, and ACH payments. Coordinate with internal departments to obtain payment approvals and resolve discrepancies. Communicate with vendors to research and resolve invoice or payment issues. Prepare and review accounts payable reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Provide additional accounting and administrative support as required. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; preference given to Associates Degree in Accounting or related field Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Previous accounts payable or general accounting experience helpful Must have HS diploma or GED equivalent Why Join Our Team?
