Overview

The Accounts Payable Coordinator at Optima Medical in Scottsdale, Arizona, plays a crucial role in managing financial transactions for a medical group that serves over 200,000 patients. This position requires attention to detail and experience in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all credit card transactions and invoices are processed accurately and timely.

Key responsibilities

  • Accurately process and maintain all credit card transactions and supporting receipts.
  • Oversee receipt management and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with invoice processing, check runs, and ACH payments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for payment approvals and discrepancy resolution.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice or payment issues.
  • Prepare and review accounts payable reports for accuracy.
  • Provide additional accounting and administrative support as required.
