Shields Facilities Maintenance, LLC is seeking a motivated Account Manager to oversee customer accounts within the facility maintenance industry. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits while providing opportunities for growth in an employee-focused organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage complete customer accounts from vendor sourcing to tracking work progress
  • Source and evaluate qualified vendors who meet compliance standards
  • Manage contracts with selected vendors and ensure ongoing compliance
  • Investigate issues related to assigned accounts and develop resolution plans
  • Track open tasks and evaluate service delivery quality for customer satisfaction
  • Prepare documentation for invoicing and manage disputes
  • Communicate with clients to ensure account satisfaction, handling complaints professionally
  • Available for on-call after hours and weekend snow services support
