Overview

Shields Facilities Management, LLC is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join its Operations Team. This full-time position involves managing service delivery and nurturing client relationships, with opportunities for growth in a supportive work environment. The role can be based in either Blue Bell, PA or Maple Shade, NJ.

Key responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate qualified competitive vendors who meet compliance standards
  • Choose the best vendors to provide needed services and manage contracts
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with company and customer requirements
  • Investigate issues related to assigned accounts and resolve them
  • Track open tasks and evaluate service delivery quality for customer satisfaction
  • Prepare documentation for invoicing and manage disputes
  • Communicate with clients to ensure account satisfaction and handle complaints
  • Provide on-call after hours and weekend support for snow services
