Overview

The Account Development Representative (ADR) at CreditXpert plays a crucial role in building connections between outbound marketing efforts and enterprise sales. This strategic position involves engaging directly with mortgage lenders to understand their needs and enhance CreditXpert's impact on homeownership for millions of Americans. Through insightful conversations, the ADR will shape the sales pipeline and outreach strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage in direct outreach to qualified leads and schedule meetings with key executives
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine outbound messaging
  • Establish and maintain a robust process for tracking lead pipelines
  • Gather actionable insights from conversations with leads
  • Document all touchpoints and enrich data using CRM tools

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Account Development
  • Demonstrated track record of sales or account development success
  • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Ability to thrive in a high call volume environment
  • High level of comfort being on the phone
  • Strong documentation skills for data mining
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of target audience segmentation
