Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture (SCS JV) is a consortium formed by Skanska, Costain, and STRABAG to deliver major civil engineering works for the UK's High Speed 2 (HS2) railway project. The joint venture is responsible for designing and constructing the Euston Tunnels and associated approaches, one of the most complex sections of the HS2 network. SCS JV specializes in large-scale tunneling, railway infrastructure, sustainable construction, and engineering innovation while working closely with HS2 Ltd. to deliver one of Europe's largest transportation infrastructure projects.
