Overview As a founding Staff Software Engineer on the AI Agents team, you will architect Traba's agent platform and shepherd its end-to-end runtime, evals, and observability. You'll own core model strategy, harness design, and integration with client systems (WMS/TMS/ERP) while shaping the multi-year platform roadmap with leadership. In this high-ambition, 0-to-1 environment, you translate field insights into durable products and scalable deployment patterns.
