Responsibilities Lead fun, energetic, and engaging Zumba classes. Create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for all participants. Demonstrate Zumba choreography and proper movement techniques. Provide modifications for different fitness levels and abilities. Keep classes safe, organized, and engaging. Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes. Select appropriate music and prepare class routines in advance. Encourage participants and build positive relationships with members. Communicate professionally with management and team members. Maintain a clean and safe class environment. Qualifications Current Zumba Instructor certification/license preferred or required. CPR/AED certification preferred. Previous group fitness or Zumba teaching experience preferred. High-energy, positive, and engaging personality. Excellent communication and people skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to lead a class with participants of different fitness levels. Passion for helping others enjoy fitness and movement.
