Overview

The Writer/Editor (Communications) role at Latavco Consulting Group involves creating and proofreading a variety of content aimed at maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms. Key responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread articles, press releases, blog posts, newsletters, social media copy, reports, and marketing materials
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, design, and leadership teams to create high-quality communications
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Conduct research on industry topics and translate complex information into clear, engaging content
  • Review and edit content for grammar, style, tone, SEO optimization, and compliance with brand guidelines

Required skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in writing, editing, or communications
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of English grammar and style
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with AP Style and brand style guide management
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools or social media analytics is a plus
