Overview

MinistryHub is partnering with College Heights Church in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, to find a Worship Pastor who can lead and develop a Christ-centered worship ministry. The ideal candidate will engage a multi-generational congregation and contribute significantly to the church's growth and spiritual culture through music and worship leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and lead weekly worship services in collaboration with church co-pastors
  • Select theologically sound and congregationally accessible music
  • Lead from a primary instrument, preferably guitar or keys, with strong vocal ability
  • Recruit, train, and shepherd volunteer musicians and tech team members
  • Maintain worship resources, including song databases and production needs
  • Model a consistent relationship with Jesus Christ and pray for the worship ministry
  • Participate in staff collaboration and church-wide initiatives
