We are looking for individuals who can balance a strong physical presence with exceptional "people skills."Key ResponsibilitiesVerification: Conduct thorough ID checks to ensure all patrons entering the bar area are of legal drinking age.Safety Monitoring: Perform constant "sobriety awareness" checks to maintain a safe environment for all guests.Intoxicant Assessment: Identify signs of intoxication and work with the bar staff to manage service levels.DUI Prevention: Take a proactive role in helping guests avoid DUI situations by assisting with ride-share calls or ensuring they have a designated driver.Crowd Management: Maintain a professional and secure atmosphere in the bar area.ScheduleWe are looking for candidates to cover the following shifts:Sunday - Thursday: 8:00 PM - 2:00 AMFriday - Saturday: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AMRequirementsPhysical Presence: Must be physically strong and capable of managing a busy door and bar floor.Communication Skills: You must be "nice to talk to."
