Job Description

Overview

CALIBRE is looking for a Workstation Manager to support the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The role involves optimizing workforce management processes for large-scale Army training exercises and overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and management of cleared personnel who support various training events.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a roster of cleared and certified part-time operators and technical personnel.
  • Coordinate with the Program Manager and subcontractors to align personnel skills with event requirements.
  • Manage call-in procedures for training exercises and contingency missions.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for personnel.
  • Facilitate and track training for Army Mission Command Systems.
  • Monitor workforce readiness metrics, certifications, and qualifications.
  • Maintain personnel records and manage invoicing and travel reimbursements.

Required skills

  • Expertise in workforce planning and personnel coordination in DoD training environments.
  • Experience with large-scale military training exercises such as WFX, MRX, and CPX.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes for training programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract/program management systems like Deltek Costpoint and SAP.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Contract Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in government contracting and program management.
  • Experience with cost tracking and financial oversight in a government context.
  • Familiarity with Service Contract Reporting and Estimate at Completion forecasting.
  • Experience with data rights under FAR and DFARS.
