WORKDAY PAYROLL, TIME TRACKING & ABSENCE LEADHybrid Santa Barbara, CAOpportunity reference: RFP ILOGICSOFT is identifying an experienced consultant for an anticipated public-sector Workday implementation opportunity.Individual start date, duration and weekly hours depend on the assigned workstream and final project plan.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Configure Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, including earnings, deductions, premium pay, compensatory time, leave accruals and retroactive adjustments.- Design work-period architecture that preserves payroll, FLSA workweek, accounting and leave-cycle boundaries.- Address alternative schedules such as 9/80 and public-safety schedules such as 48/96 with a 24-day FLSA Section 7(k) work period.- Validate mid-period job and schedule changes, payroll calculations, reconciliation and audit controls.- Support historical-scenario testing, two consecutive successful parallel payroll cycles, cutover, administrator training and stabilization.EXPERIENCEHands-on Workday Payroll implementation experience with practical Time Tracking and Absence expertise. California public-sector payroll, labor agreements and public-safety pay experience are strongly preferred. Show which configuration and go-live activities you personally owned.
