Position Title: Workday HR Data & Reporting Analyst Location: Milwaukee, WI Duration: 05 Month Contract Status: Onsite Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. Requirements / Who we are looking for: Experience in Workday Payroll / HCM Knowledge of Workday modules: HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Ability to build, test, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards Strong HR data analysis and reporting skills Experience with data validation, auditing, and troubleshooting Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders Experience improving reporting processes and automation Strong attention to detail and data quality Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: Collect requirements, build, and test Workday reports for HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence modules. Build reliable, accurate and cross-matched reports for data research, troubleshooting, and data audits. Design, develop and manage new reports and dashboards designed to provide management a view into people HR metrics and ensure the timely development and distribution of established periodic reports. aligned with data privacy policies and secure delivery methods. Collaborate with technical staff, providing feedback and user/technical specifications, regarding the design of reports and dashboards for leadership. Research and troubleshoot data issues to ensure data quality. Expand and enhance analytics capability, continue to improve processes, explore/adopt new tools. Collaborates with various business partners on project requests, prioritization and delivery. Workday Report Writer experience required.
