As a sales rep, you will work as a member of our sales team to facilitate customer requests and provide them with information about our latest promotions. You will learn about inventory management, develop organizational plans, and strategies to increase sales and grow our customer base.ResponsibilitiesDrive growth of parts department to include sales, profits, and customer base.Working with Technicians, advisors and customers to assist them in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions, educating them on product usage and providing advice for maintenance and installationAssist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed correctlyOrganize parts and participate in modifying displays to reflect the current inventoryLabel different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods for organization and documentationInspect returned parts to find defects and promptly assist employees and customers with a replacementParticipate in accepting shipments of parts, sending orders to customers and documenting all inventory that enters and exits the facilityRequirements: Personal, friendly and willing to listenGood interpersonal communication skillsFamiliarity with inventory is preferred but not requiredPositive attitude and a willingness to help others
