Overview

The Wellness Advisor at 10X Health System serves as a key representative of the organization, responsible for building client relationships and guiding them towards optimal wellness through personalized treatment recommendations. This onsite role in Phoenix involves collaborating with medical teams and utilizing sales techniques to support clients' health journeys and ensure satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a network of sources and relationships to identify new opportunities.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Utilize CRM to maintain detailed reports of sales activities and client relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing communication and resolve post-sale issues.
  • Process payments for services and guide clients on necessary information and specifications.
  • Participate in daily sales training and staff meetings.
  • Attend events as needed to support client engagement.

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Health and wellness background preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Knowledge of health care terminology
  • Ability to interact with clients virtually and in-person
